Hello, I'm Jeff Zurawski, the guy over there on the
left. I perform the inspections and radon tests for SBI. The short version
of what I do is check out the home from top to bottom, inside and out.
Then I prepare a written report that describes the home and documents
the defects I found. This information helps you understand what you're
buying and it can save you a significant amount of time, money, and
aggravation.
